New Interns Working with Players
Chatham High School students joining our intern program are: Matt Colabraro, senior, appearing onstage in The Hobbit and worked backstage on Carol, was previously in CHS's A Midsummer Night's Dream and also works at the Independent Press; Julie Langer, junior, appearing in The Hobbit, was Snug in Midsummer, and is a member of the speech and theater club at CHS; Caitlin Podiak, junior, appearing in The Hobbit, worked backstage on Carol, and was in CHS productions of The Crucible, Fiddler on the Roof, How to Succeed..., and Midsummer; and Tiffany Wilshaw, junior, serving as stage manager for The Hobbit, ass't stage managed Carol, staged managed CHS's Midsummer, and is also active in the CHS Color Guard.

Playhouse and Bus Collide!
On November 21, 2001, a schoolbus ran into one of the front columns of the Playhouse. Injuries to the driver were minor, and the column has now been repaired. Read the full story in the Chatham Courier.

Hearts and Flowers Dept.
On October 27, 2001, Sarah Clark and Jonathan Schwartz wed, the culmination of a romance that began when performing several years ago in A Christmas Carol and continuing with Chess.
