The more than 103 year old Chatham Players is a not-for-profit, volunteer based organization. Our trustees, council, actors, designers, technicians and others all contribute their time and energy to help produce exceptional theater for the community.
At Chatham Players, we offer a fun and welcoming environment to meet artistic people, make lasting friendships, learn new skills, and help create some of the most exceptional community theater in New Jersey!

Whether you're a seasoned theater pro or just looking to lend a hand, there's a place for you behind the scenes or in the spotlight! We have a wide range of opportunities to get involved, including:
- Set Design and Construction: Bring our stages to life by helping to design and build award-winning sets.
- Costume Creation: Unleash your creativity by sewing, altering, or sourcing costumes for our productions.
- Stage Crew: Be an integral part of the show by helping with scene changes, props, and overall stage management during performances.
- Marketing and Publicity: Help us spread the word about our shows and attract new audiences.
- Greeting & Ushering: Guide our audience members to their seats and be a friendly face for our theater.
- Administrative Support: Help with various organizational tasks to keep things running smoothly.
