Seeking Directors for our 2023-2024 Season

The Chatham Community Players are looking for directors for our upcoming season. Interested persons should request an interview with the director selection committee using the instructions provided.

Main Stage Productions:

Grand Horizons (October 2023)
The Beauty Queen of Leenane (March 2024)
Nine (May 2024)

For the Main Stage, requests for interviews should be made by May 19, 2023, with interviews occurring at the end of May. All requests/resumes should be sent to president@chathamplayers.org with "Director Submission" in the subject line.

One Weekend Only:

OWO is Chatham Community Players’ black box series. Entering our second season - we are eager to hear from directors excited to propose the show they never thought would get staged. Folks who want to stage their passion project - something unusual, something dark, something risky. This is a production team who likes to take a chance on the unexpected, and we're cool if the show isn't everyone's cup of tea. You'll be submitting to perform December 7-10, 2023, January 11-14, 2024, or June 6-9, 2024.

To propose:

• Email a one-page resume, AND a PDF of the show you are proposing, to oneweekendonly@chathamplayers.org with "Director Submission" in the subject line.
